| Video: Imaginations take flight November 20, 2007 Video by Students at McKinney Academy in Davidson celebrated National Children’s Book Week with a balloon launch outside the school. The students, dressed as their favorite book characters, sent off their balloons with notes asking for a letter in return. Third grade teacher Vivian Givens said in years past, the balloons have made it as far as Virginia and Forsyth County. |
